Refund and Cancellation Policy
When you get your money back, when you don't, and how long it takes.
Last updated 22 September 2026
We would rather you were on the right plan than locked into the wrong one. This policy sets out exactly where you stand — read section 3 carefully if you are buying an annual plan, since that is where the most money is at stake.
1. Test before you pay
Ask us for a trial channel before committing. We will set one up so you can push your own encoder at it and judge the picture, the latency and the player for yourself.
This matters because streaming quality depends on your uplink and your encoder settings as much as on our infrastructure. Testing first is the most reliable way to avoid wanting a refund later.
2. Monthly plans
Cancel at any time. Tell us before your next renewal date and you will not be billed again.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — your channel keeps running until then. We do not refund part-months for the time you did not use.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are paid twelve months up front, at a discount to the equivalent monthly price. That discount is the reason the refund terms are tighter than for monthly plans.
Within 7 days of first provisioning, you may cancel for a full refund, less any domain registration or third-party costs we have already incurred on your behalf.
After 7 days, annual fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term. You keep access until the term ends. If you are unsure, start on a monthly plan and move to annual once you are confident — we will credit what you have paid, as described in section 4.
4. Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately, and we pro-rate what you have already paid against the new plan, so you only pay the difference for the remaining period.
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. We do not refund the difference mid-period.
Moving from monthly to annual is treated as an upgrade: the unused balance of your current month is credited against the annual fee.
5. When we refund regardless
You are entitled to a refund, whatever plan you are on, in these situations:
- We cannot provision the service you paid for — a full refund
- We terminate your service for a reason that is not your fault — a pro-rated refund of the unused period
- You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling — a refund of the incorrect amount
- A sustained outage on our side that we cannot resolve and that makes the service unusable for you — a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period
6. When we do not refund
We do not issue refunds where:
- Your service was suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms and Conditions, including prohibited content
- The problem is on your side — encoder configuration, upstream bandwidth, or a local network fault
- You simply did not use the service during a period you paid for
- Third-party costs have already been incurred and cannot be recovered, such as domain registration fees
- The request relates to a period more than 90 days in the past
7. How to request a refund
Email dureshtech@gmail.com from the address on the account. Include the invoice number, the payment date, and what went wrong.
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and decide within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval — the time it then takes to appear is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
If we decline, we will tell you why, in writing, with reference to the section above that applies.
8. Chargebacks
Please raise a dispute with us before raising it with your bank. A chargeback filed without contacting us first results in immediate suspension while the bank investigates, which helps nobody.
We will always provide the transaction records a bank asks for.
