Choosing
Monthly tier or annual plan?
Both are sized by concurrent viewers. What changes is how long you commit for, and what that commitment adds.
Monthly plans
Priced by how many people watch at the same moment. Predictable, easy to start, and the right choice for a single channel with a known audience. You share infrastructure, so there is nothing to manage.
Best when you are starting out, or your needs may change in a few months.
Annual plans
The same viewer tiers, paid twelve months at a time and cheaper over the year than the equivalent monthly plan. Pro adds SRT ingest and delivery, your own subdomain and the control panel; Business lifts the bandwidth ceiling on a 100 Mbps port.
Best once you know you are streaming all year, or you need SRT and dedicated support.

Pricing, in plain terms
Which encoders work with MyStreams?
Anything that speaks RTMP or SRT. OBS Studio, vMix, Wirecast, FFmpeg and the usual hardware encoders all work — you paste in the ingest URL and stream key we send you, and nothing else changes.
What does 'concurrent viewers' mean on the monthly plans?
It is the number of people who can watch at the same moment, not the number of people who can watch in a month. Ten different viewers across the day are fine on a 3-viewer plan, as long as no more than three are connected at once.
Should I take a monthly plan or an annual package?
Monthly plans are priced by concurrent viewers and suit a single channel with a known audience. Annual packages give you a dedicated server and a bandwidth allowance with no viewer cap, which works out cheaper once your audience grows or you run more than one channel.
How much bandwidth does my stream actually use?
Roughly: bitrate x hours x viewers. A 3 Mbps stream watched by 50 people for one hour uses about 67 GB. The dashboard tracks your usage against the allowance so you can see the trend before it matters.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every plan includes a free subdomain with SSL. Annual plans include a domain and certificate of your own, so viewers only ever see your branding.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately and we pro-rate what you have already paid. Your ingest URL and stream key stay the same, so nothing needs reconfiguring in your encoder.
Can I test before I pay?
Tell us what you plan to broadcast and we will set up a short trial channel so you can check the picture and latency from your own encoder first.
How do I pay?
UPI, bank transfer and the usual cards. Send an enquiry and we will confirm the amount, the taxes and the billing date before anything is charged.
